Thailand, Bagkok, Zoned for Healthy Living

Covering a total area of 14,000 square meters, Life Center is divided into four zones. The first is dedicated to food, beverage and related services (not all so healthy, mind you, which is a pity since it spoils the healthy lifestyle concept). It's also home to the 100th Boots store in Thailand - rumours have it that its opening was presided over by Prince Andrew, The Duke of York, when he attended the Diamond Jubilee celebrations of H.M. the King in June 2006 - banks, a Starbucks, florist, a convenience store and a book shop.

The second zone, on the first floor, is named 'Beauty & Cosmetics'. This is the place to go for quality products and services from Leonard Drake, Madame Heng Good Health, Secret Shape Wellness Center, Slim Up Center and a KiDO education center. The third zone, on the second floor, is the 'Healthcare & Spa' zone. Here, you will be amazed by the range of cutting-edge medical advancements at work - from a Center for Assisted Reproduction & Embryology, a DBC Spine Clinic and Gym, Hearing Focus, the Netanart Clinic, and a Stardent Dental Clinic.

Also here, you can rejuvenate your body and mind at the premium-grade spa center, Lullaby. Last but not least, the third floor is the 'Fitness Zone'. You can work out, keep fit and stay in shape at this world-class Fitness First Plus, a fully-equipped fitness center. Also on offer is Bikram Yoga (so-called 'hot yoga'), and be among the very first in the country to experience 'Kinesis', Thailand's only body-building exercise machine.

With its prime and easily-accessible location right next to Lumpini MRT (underground) station and opposite Suan Lum Night Bazaar, Life Center is set to become a firm favourite with Sathorn residents and office workers. It's also close to many fine hotels and serviced apartments. A big bonus and sure to be a big attraction too is the free wireless Internet on offer and stylish lounge-out public areas on the ground level. It's never been more easy - or glamorous - to be healthy...
